Whether you are a seasoned chiropractic-goer or it is all brand new to you, Dr. Kamryn will walk you through every step of the way. She is trained in several techniques and works to find what your body best responds to. We do not believe in 'one-size fits all' care. You can wear whatever you are comfortable in for your visit.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR VISIT

Get Started with Your Paperwork
Your time is important to us! With that in mind, you’ll start by completing your intake paperwork online at your leisure. Once your paperwork is submitted, we’ll get you on the phone with one of our Care Advocates for an Intake Call. This call gives you a chance to tell us your story and hear how we can help. To ensure a smooth first visit, please complete all necessary paperwork before your appointment. Choose the appropriate form on the right to get started. Please call our office after it is completed to ensure we received it.

After scheduling your new patient appointment with us and completing all required intake paperwork, you’ll come in for a consultation with our doctor. During this appointment, we’ll take a deep dive into you or your child’s history. Our goal is to gain a well-rounded, clear, and detailed understanding so we can identify the root causes of the symptoms you’ve been experiencing and tailor care specifically to your family’s needs. *Please allow 30 minutes for Day 1.
If you're brining in additional family members, you can estimate 15-20 more minutes per person!

This is when we will take a deep dive into the function of your child’s central nervous system using an incredible technology called the CLA
Neurological INSiGHT Scans. After we complete these scans, we will identify, measure, and quantify how much stress and tension may be present in your child’s autonomic nervous system. The scans look for things like subluxation, dysautonomia, and vagus nerve dysfunction, all terms that describe a stressed or worn-out nervous system. This allows us to understand where your child may be struggling and how we can best support their healing and overall wellness.

During your second appointment, you will meet with our doctor to review the results of your nervous system scan and gain a complete understanding of what is happening inside you or your child’s nervous system.
The doctor will explain their findings and outline a customized care plan tailored specifically to your family’s needs. This is such an exciting visit for families, as they finally have a clear action plan to get their child’s health and healing back on track. It’s also your chance to ask any questions and fully understand the plan moving forward. If you decide to begin care, you will receive your first adjustment during this appointment.
Please allow 45-60 minutes for Day 2.

During your Day 2 appointment, we will go over the details of your personalized care plan and the financial commitment involved. We like to think of this as Your Family’s Healing Investment. Our team will walk you through the pricing and payment options available, making it easy for your family to confidently move forward with care that supports lasting health and healing.

At the end of your Day 2 appointment, it’s time for your first adjustment!
These adjustments are safe, gentle, and specifically focused on relieving stress and tension from your child’s nervous system. Using the insights from your child’s scans, our doctor provides the most precise, neurologically-focused care possible.

By not accepting insurance, we also have the freedom to keep our prices low, similar to a standard co-pay, and focus on what matters most, your family’s wellness. We do accept FSA and HSA payments.
